By submitting, electronically signing, or physically signing the Living Life Our Way Entertainment LLOWTV Interview Application you agree to be bound to these terms & conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to any and all applicants hereby referred to as “the Applicant” seeking a video interview with Living Life Our Way Entertainment, hereby referred to as the “the Interview” prior to, during and after the interview taking place.

It is understood that by submitting the application form the Applicant had thoroughly read these terms and conditions and has agreed to abide by them.

PAYMENTS
There is no application fee but other fees may apply.

The Applicant understands that if selected, a payment must be made prior to arranging the date time & location of the interview.

The Applicant understands that ALL payments made for the LLOWTV interview are NONREFUNDABLE.

 

The Applicant understands that for any reason the interview is cancelled by the Applicant any payments made for the interview are NONREFUNDABLE.

The Applicant understands that any and all payments will be due before meeting with the Living Life Our Way Entertainment representative to physically sign. If for any reason, at the fault of the Applicant, the applicant fails to physically sign the application there will be no refunds for any payments made.

The Applicant understands that if any of the required information is false or have been falsified, any payments made for the LLOWTV Interview will be NONREFUNDABLE.

The Applicant will be responsible for making a security payment to ensure they will promote the interview. If they promote the interview as agreed with the LLOW Entertainment representative they have the opportunity to get reimbursed. This is ONLY if they promote the interview COMPLETELY and with sufficient amount of time necessary.
The Applicant understands that should they under perform with promoting the Interview they relinquish their security payment. Also any payments made in agreement to promote the interview will be NONREFUNDABLE.

APPLICATIONS
The Applicant understands that submitting the application does not automatically make you a selected candidate for an interview. The company or the interviewer reserves the right to decline doing an interview with any applicant for any reason.

The application must be completed and electronically signed, then physically signed before the interview.

The required fields must all be completed and truthful to the best of the applicant’s abilities.

PROMOTIONS
Promoting this interview will help maximize the amount of views and publicity the interview gets. This will also benefit the applicant as well because they want as many people to see their product/service.
The Applicant will do your part in promoting the interview using #teamllow #llowtv and any other means agreed upon.
The Applicant must use the specific tracking phrases as it is the only way the company can be sure the applicant is doing their part.

A security payment will be asked of the applicant. Should the applicant comply with the promotion of the interview they will receive the promotion payment back shortly after the promotion period.

THE INTERVIEW
The Interviewer has the right to ask any question pertaining to the topic of the interview

The Interviewer is not obligated to ask or answer any question. Questions that pertain to the topic have a better chance of being asked or answered in conversation but not mandatory

The interviewer is not in any way obligated to answer confidential questions regarding Living Life Our Way Entertainment.

If for any reason the interview appointment is cancelled at the fault of the Applicant, Living Life Our Way Entertainment will try to accommodate a rescheduled appointment. However, the Applicant understands that Living Life Our Way Entertainment is in no way obligated and can refuse to reschedule.

RIGHTS
All rights of the video recordings are solely owned by Living Life Our Way Entertainment.

The Applicant agrees to give the right to use their name and likeness to Living Life Our Way Entertainment for the purpose of showing and promoting the interview.

SIGNATURES
The applicant is aware that they will be signing a physical copy of this form when meeting with a representative of Living Life Our Way Entertainment.
